The Real is one, but the sages speak about it in different ways

From Bhagavadgita IX.23:

Ekam sad vipra bahudh vadanti.

Translation:
The Real is one, but the sages speak of it in different ways.

As my elderly neighbor said so eloquently: we all have different maps, leading to the same place. Our maps are different because we start from different places, live in different places. But the destination is the same - God.
