looking back...

If it weren't for being spooked by the ex-friend from hell, I probably would have never made it to African things. I suddenly had (a lot more) time last Nov, and I used it by going to dance and drum classes.

Looking back, it wasn't a bad investment, it got me in top shape and taught me a lot about orthopedic stretching.

So this is the scoop: if you want a healthy body, make sure your spine is flexible, and especially pelvis, and also strong at the same time. Stiff and strong, flexible and weak - are bad combinations. FLEXIBLE AND STRONG is the key. The key to that is movement, and esp. pelvic stretches.
